Returns & Refunds Policy - No Returns or Refunds

Proofs are sent before production to alleviate any issues. The customer must approve the proof before work can move into production.

Refunds:

You are entitled to cancel BEFORE any work has begun (production stage) without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the clear statement. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

If your order has gone into production, there are NO REFUNDS! All items are personalized, therefore once your order reaches production stage, we cannot make changes.
